College dorm sheet set?

I am trying to decide whether I should purchase my bed sheets from Residence Hall Linens. It seems like a pretty good deal and I like the fact I can get two sheet sets and towels which all match each other. Should I get these? If so, should I pay the extra $25 to upgrade to a 300 thread count which is 100% cotton or just stick to the 200 thread count which is 60% cotton and 40% polyester?
