Room color and bedding help needed!!!!?
my room is a bright sherbet orange like the picture:(http://homedecor.myblog.it/tag/orange+bedroom+ideas)
i was stupid and chose a color that was too bright i'm now trying to make it elegant my furniture is all white and i was thinking of making the bedding a gold and beige like this picture:

please let me know if this will help it to be more elegant my furniture is already there but the bedding is my problem

Just my opinion, but I'm not loving the gold with any orange (BTW, the link you posted to your room shots is no good.) The gold will look washed out and dull, not rich. It's important to choose colors of the same intensity as your walls. And you will need something with a stronger pattern to offset the wall color or your bed will dissappear visually.
With orange walls and white furniture you should stick with a more modern look -- that can be classy too. Look at some of the choices at

Blue is the complimentary color to orange (use greenish blues like teals and turquoises rather than anything blue-gray) and chocolate brown would be a good accent. I have light teal walls with white trim and teal and orange bedding in my own bedroom, with white and light olive green accents and it's a nice look. Even black and white with a warm silver grey would be prefereable to the gold. You could also do an ethnic look, for instance, rich jewel-tones in Indian paisleys or blockprint designs. Places like Pier One and Cost Plus World Market have many examples.
