How To Make A Punching Bag Using Duvet Covers

I have always been in to sports myself. Kick boxing is my absolute passion I have practiced it for many years. That is why I know how much of an expensive hobby this can be. With the gloves, head gear, leg gear and various other expensive your budget can soon hit its breaking point. To prevent this from happening I had to think outside the box and see what I could do to start saving money on some of the things that I had to buy.

What I came to realize is saving money was going to be a lot harder than I thought. Being a sport of constant contact everything I had would break at any given time. Sometimes I could buy gloves and they would last me two to three weeks then I would buy the exact same peer and they would break the very first day. But, one thing I really had trouble s my punching bag. It cost me eighty dollars for one that would last me the better part of a month but they would get so damaged that they ended up being mostly duck tape. I looked up on the internet for things I could do to make a punching bag out of house hold items but I didn't have any of them. Until one day while putting a duvet cover on my daughters bed it came to me, I could use duvet covers to make a really sturdy punching bag. Although the one I ended up using was my daughters Barbie duvet cover it worked perfectly although not being as fashionable as I would of liked. But, one can of spray paint later and it was absolutely everything I could of asked for. All I had to do was open the duvet set up and fill it with wood chunks until full after that I zipped it closed and wrapped a rope around it for an even more secure close. And that is an easy way to make a punching bag with a duvet.
