Hair is combed into either a pigtail or a curly bouncier style is adapted tied with a pink colored bow. The make up is usually kept at bare minimum to captivate that young and innocent look. Hair is also bunched up at times or ringlets are worn, in some cases a matching wig is also used.

As far as the footwear is concerned, usage of high heeled Mary Jane shoes is commonly adapted. Usage of white colored knee height socks is a must and the skirts are just long enough to the knee which is then taken over by socks and hence no skin or minimal skin is displayed. In terms of props, usage of feminine objects like an umbrella emphasizes the cuteness.

Does anybody know where I can find pink and brown polka dot cupcake liners (baking cups)?

I'm making cupcakes for my friends bridal shower.. and her theme is pink and brown polka dots. I really would love to find cupcake liners that match our decor. I'd appreciate any help!

That is a really specific pattern - Michael's has a lot of cupcake liners, you might try there. You could also buy brown and pink solid liners and alternate them in one of those cupcake trees - or decorate with chocolate icing with pink dots. The cupcake liners kind of blend in with the cake after baking, so they might not have the visual impact you are looking for. Good luck!
