My two favorite teams are:

#1 Dallas Cowboys
#2 Tennesse Titans/Houston Oilers

Honestly my most hated team...Phiadelphia Eagles and quickly getting caught are the New England Patriots.

I don't know that there are two teams that I hate more in any sport!!!

As for the Cowboys, I have been a Cowboys fans since as far back as I can remember. I believe I was 5 or 6 years old and we lived overseas in the mid 70's. My grandad sent an Audio tape of a Monday Night Football game, which we sat around the dinner table listening to the game. Actually that was an Oiler game...

I later remember living in Denver in the 3rd grade and rooting for the Cowboys...they have stayed with me ever since!!!

Growing up Tony D was my favorite player. Then in the 80's I had to suffer through some dark days, but I remained a Cowboy fan. I remember being in the Army, sitting in the day room, watching Kevin Sweeney at QB...and thinking just maybe we could get something done.

Then I recall, Jerry Jones buying the Cowboys...I was in my final year of the Army...my first tour...in Ft. Benning and I was so excited to see the change taking place with Coach Landry to Coach Johnson. I know, everyone back home was ticked and they had all these negative stories, but I just had a gut feel that this was going to be something special.

I remember in 89' being home, and then at work at a Service Merchandise I was going crazy running around the store when the Cowboys took the lead on an Aikman to Dixon 80 yard TD pass to go ahead of the Cardinals...only to see Everson Walls turned into Toast as the Cardinals won in the final minutes of that game.

The rest is history, as I went back into the military and found myself stationed in Germany during the early 90's Superbowl Championships!!! That was the time of my life...

And now, after I stayed with them through thin times of Switzer, Gailey and Campo...the Cowboys are showing promise of being back on top.

So for me at age 39, you could say that being a Cowboys fan is something of a lifelong passion!!!
