I'm always getting mistaken for 30 years old! but i'm 17!. what can i do to fix this?
i only wear neutral colors. black, navy blue, white, gray, satin.. velvet.. i wear gray belted trenchcoats such as chanel in the winter. i rarely wear jeans, but when i do there always dark wash. i LOVE heels. i wear them all the time. mostly strappy heels. i get along very well with adults and they seem to think i'm very mature as we engage in intectual conversations. i wear wear pencil skirts and skirts that stop right at the knee.. i wear blazers and peacoats.. my style is similar to that of Blair's waldorf's you would say. i'm full of ambitions and goals that i don't have time to engage in childish, youthful, or otherwise obnoxious behavior.. i present myself in an elegant manner
i wear eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner, blush, foundation, lipgloss.. and their all in dark colors. i love doing the smokey eye
It's probably not your style of dress, but your makeup. If you're seventeen you most likely have beautiful skin and don't need all that crap all over your face. Seriously, you'll be fine with some powder to control shine, mascara, and lip gloss. Blush or bronzer if you're pale. Also make sure that you moisturize and wear sunscreen everyday. Acting mature or having intellectual conversation doesn't make you look older. Gross skin from years and years of heavy makeup will.

what is your point?? sounds like you just posted this to tell us how awesome and "sophisticated" your style is. also, what does looking 30 have to do with your opinion of children? unfortunately, we could care less. and being mistaken for someone in their 30's when youre much younger is a bad thing- it means youre aging already, so stop tanning. noone cares if you dress like "blaire waldorf" (whoever that is; but it sounds like youre obsessed with her).
