How to Make a Memory Foam Sleeper Sofa Mattress

A sleeper sofa can be awfully convenient for nights spent on the couch or for unexpected overnight guests. However, sleeper sofas aren't always the best or most comfortable options for a good night's sleep. If you use memory foam mattress on your sleeper sofa you will greatly increase your comfort level. It is very easy to do.

Buy the correct size memory foam sleeper sofa mattress that is one that is the same size as your sleeper sofa. Measure exactly the dimensions of the mattress on your sleeper sofa to make sure that you get the correct size. A California king size bed is 72" X 84", a regularly king size bed is 76" X 80", a queen size bed is 60" X 80", a full size bed is 54" X 75", and a twin size bed is 39" X 75".

Next, unfold the sleeper sofa. The memory foam sleeper sofa mattress usually needs to be put on and taken off every time you unfold the sleeper sofa because the sleeper sofa might not close properly because of the extra bulk of the memory foam mattress. Make sure that the sleeper sofa opens and closes correctly and completely with the memory foam mattress just to make sure.
