Has anyone tried out the memory foam bed? Tempurpedic?

I have a regular mattress with a goose down feather top and I am still waking up in the morning with sore muscles like I am an old person with aches and pains. Has anyone bought those memory foam beds? Do they work?

I tore a muscle in my back recently and have found them to be a godsend. Feather tops are comfortable, but I still toss and turn. I find memory foam to be great for "long term" comfort over a whole night.
