Which sheets are more comfortable - Egyptian cotton or flannelette/brushed cotton?

I'm buying some new sheets to prepare for the Fall/Winter weather and I want my bed to be as cosy as possible.

Would you recommend Egyptian cotton or brushed cotton sheets for snugness?

for fall/winter, i would go with flanelette. it's soft and fuzzy.
